We’re looking for an experienced Men’s Behaviour Change Counsellor / Group Facilitator to join our Men’s Behaviour Change Program, supporting men through specialist group programs.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact while enjoying flexible hours—3 to 4 days per week with no weekend work. The schedule includes Monday to Wednesday from 12:30PM to 8:30PM and one additional day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
This role provides counselling, support, and specialist group programs to individuals and families using trauma-informed, evidence-based, and psycho-educational approaches. You’ll help clients overcome challenges, build resilience, and improve relationships, with a strong focus on working with families affected by domestic violence and supporting both those who have experienced and those who use violence, as this is a core part of our work.
Our team work together to create trusted places where people gather, community is strong and lives are transformed. We walk with each person to understand the unique circumstances of their life and we empower them to live well through practical and reliable support.
