The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading and developing the sales team while driving sales, customer service, and daily store operations in a fast-paced cosmetics environment.

Candidates should have proven retail experience, strong customer service, and prior supervisory experience with a track record of coaching others to meet targets. Flexibility to work retail hours, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic customer service.
• Supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring to hit sales and service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
