Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and motivate a team of Sales Associates in a prestige beauty retail setting in Victoria. You will partner with the Store Manager to coach staff, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory and cash reconciliation.

This role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and special events.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory and coaching skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, personal customer service.
• Experience coaching others to meet sales and service targets.
• Retail operations know-how including inventory and cash handling.
• Availability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software and basic office tools.
