Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead a Sales Associates team in a fast-paced retail environment in Western Australia. You will coach, develop and execute agile business plans to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting and events.

The role demands leadership, strong customer service, and shop floor excellence. Applicants should have proven cosmetics retail management experience, skill in business planning, and the ability to drive sales targets

Qualifications

Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within cosmetics.
Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service.
Business planning experience including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling.
Retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation.
Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
Experience creating and executing in-store events.
Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
