Job summary

B Clinic in Brisbane is seeking a Cosmetic Receptionist for a casual/part-time role. You will be the welcoming face of our Doctor-led aesthetic clinic, delivering warm, professional client experiences across beauty, skin and laser services.

The ideal candidate has reception or customer service experience, presents professionally, is organised and reliable, and can work weekends across our Brisbane locations (Upper Mount Gravatt, Fortitude Valley & Toowong). A valid driver's licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception or customer service in beauty, wellness, or healthcare.
• Professional presentation and clear communication.
• Organised, detail oriented, and proficient with admin systems.
• Very reliable and proactive with a strong work ethic.
• Flexible with availability.
• Holds a valid driver’s licence and has access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a Cosmetic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, someone who brings warmth and professionalism.
