Teneriffe Cosmetic Clinic in Teneriffe, Brisbane is seeking a professional Receptionist to join our cosmetic and skin health team. The role is casual with potential to become full-time, covering Monday to Saturday with days to be agreed.

As the first point of contact for patients, you will manage front-of-house tasks, assist with bookings, process payments, and provide administrative support to the clinical team.

Qualificações

• Previous reception or administration experience (medical or cosmetic clinic preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of reception or administration experience.
• Australian citizen or permanent resident with valid work rights.

We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our team on a Part time/ full time basis. The role covers Monday to Saturday, with specific days to be agreed upon.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless clinic experience. This position involves managing daily front-of-house operations, assisting with appointments, and supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail and strong time management

• Confidence using computer-based booking systems and Microsoft Office

• A calm, professional demeanor and a genuine passion for patient care
