Job summary

Securecorp is seeking a professional and technically skilled Security Officer to join a high-end corporate concierge security team based in Eight Mile Plains. This premium role is suited to someone with excellent computer literacy, strong CCTV monitoring skills and a polished, customer-focused approach.

Working a rotating 4 days on, 4 days off roster, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure, professional and welcoming corporate environment.

Qualifications

• QLD Security Licence with endorsements required.
• First Aid & CPR certification mandatory.
• Strong CCTV monitoring experience.
• Excellent customer service and professional presentation.
• Experience in corporate or high-end environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional concierge-style security and customer service
• Monitor CCTV, access control systems and other security technologies
• Operate computer-based security platforms and respond to incidents
• Monitor site activity, identify potential risks and elevate security concerns
• Maintain accurate incident reports, logs and operational documentation
• Support emergency response procedures and maintain site security standards

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional concierge-style security and customer service
• Monitor CCTV, access control systems and other security technologies
• Operate computer-based security platforms and respond to incidents
• Monitor site activity, identify potential risks and elevate security concerns
• Maintain accurate incident reports, logs and operational documentation
• Support emergency response procedures and maintain site security standards

Skills & Experience

• Current QLD Security Licence with unarmed, crowd control and monitoring endorsement
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Excellent computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems
• Strong technical skills and demonstrated CCTV monitoring experience
• Experience with access control systems and security technology
• Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability and sound judgement
• Previous experience in corporate security, concierge security or a high-end environment is highly regarded
