Reporting to the Director of Partnerships & Events, you will manage onsite logistics, update CRM data, and create event collateral, while collaborating with policy, communications and partnerships teams to ensure messages reach the right audience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in event or conference coordination.
• Extremely detail-oriented with a sharp eye for data integrity.
• Experience using event management software and CRM databases.
• Proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Familiarity with EventsAir, WordPress, Adobe InDesign and Canva is desirable.
• Not-for-profit or government exposure is desirable.
• Genuine interest in Greater Western Sydney's social issues and growth is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with end-to-end planning, budgeting and execution of corporate events.
• Managing onsite logistics, including A/V, registrations and run sheets.
• Serving as a friendly contact for speakers and sponsors.
• Updating event webpages, CRM data and event collateral with basic design tasks.
• Collaborating with policy, communications and partnerships teams for targeted messaging.
