Ecolab is seeking a Corporate Account Manager for the Quick Service Restaurants division in Australia. You will cultivate long-term partnerships with leading restaurant brands, driving food safety, operational excellence and superior customer experience across national accounts.

In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams, deliver training, and identify growth opportunities while traveling domestically as needed to strengthen partnerships and support business growth.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Account Management, Business Development or a customer-facing commercial role.
• Track record of growing customer relationships and delivering results.
• Experience within the Quick Service Restaurant, Food Service or related industry is desirable, but not essential.
• A current unrestricted driver's licence.

Aufgaben

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key customer stakeholders across Australia.
• Support the growth and retention of strategic national accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Quick Service Restaurant sector.
• Deliver engaging customer training and support programs.
• Collaborate and develop cleaning and sanitation solutions that support operational success.
• Coordinate new account implementations and product rollouts.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor account performance and provide valuable insights and recommendations.
• Support pricing strategies and commercial initiatives.
• Occasional travel across Australia (1-2 days per month).
