Qualifications

• Experience in sales, quality or manufacturing.
• Degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related technical discipline.
• Ability to facilitate clear dialogue with diverse stakeholders at site level and beyond.
• Ability to solve problems and maintain equipment.
• Ability to work autonomously and eagerness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at customer sites to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct on-site quality testing, inspections and audits to identify contamination or hygiene issues.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Ecolab products or services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Track and analyse key performance metrics to measure account health and identify improvements.
• Facilitate regular business review meetings with customers.
