Job summary

Iluka Resources in Eneabba, WA, seeks highly experienced SX Shift Coordinators to lead the refinery’s solvent extraction area. Roles commence in early 2027 with a 7 days on/off roster; initial commissioning may be day shifts. Bus-in, bus-out arrangements with new camp facilities are provided.

The role requires extensive SX experience, strong leadership, and ability to maintain safety, production, and cost targets across multiple circuits.

Qualifications

• Ten-plus years’ experience operating solvent extraction plants with >200 stages.
• At least four years in control room operator or supervisor roles.
• Experience leading commissioning and operation teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead water and fluid commissioning in all refinery areas.
• Lead commissioning for solvent extraction circuits and evaporators.
• Lead commissioning for product finishing circuits.
• Manage teams to ensure safety, production, quality and mass balance.
• Direct, coach and manage control room and field operators.
