As Coordinator Gravel Maintenance, you’ll lead the delivery of maintenance across Council’s unsealed road network, coordinating people, priorities and resources to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
From planning routine maintenance and prioritising road defects to overseeing minor construction and rehabilitation projects, you’ll have a hands‑on role in delivering quality outcomes. You’ll build strong relationships across Council, with contractors and the community, while supporting your team to deliver responsive and reliable services.

This is a permanent full-time position with a salary commencing at $106,570 plus 12.5% superannuation.
