Delaware North Australia is hiring casual Cooks and Kitchen Attendants for the Blacktown Exercise Sports and Technology Hub. You will be responsible for preparing and contributing to the overall success of our kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Solid background in kitchen operations; prior Cook experience required.
• Minimum Level 3 Commercial Cookery, or currently undertaking.
• Food Safety Certificate or willingness to obtain at onboarding.

Responsabilités

• Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards.
• Execute food preparation tasks, showcasing expertise in food presentation.
• Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
• Ensure WHS compliance, meeting Food Safety standards.
• Conduct temperature and quality checks and manage cross-contamination.

More about you

• Solid background in kitchen operations, previous experience as a Cook is required
• Minimum Level 3 Commercial Cookery, or currently undertaking
• Willingness to learn under guidance from our chefs
• Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
• Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain at onboarding
