Job summary

Hello Harry - The Burger Joint in Richlands is seeking energetic and passionate Cooks to join our brand-new restaurant kitchen. This hands-on role offers the chance to cook burgers, sides and other menu items to our recipes and serve high-quality, fresh food in-store every day.

You'll work closely with a supportive team, learn our proven systems and recipes, and help deliver consistently great food during busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or fast-paced food service experience preferred.
• Genuine passion for producing great food.
• Positive, reliable and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking burgers, sides and other menu items to our recipes and standards
• Ensuring every meal leaving the kitchen is fresh, consistent and presented properly
• Completing food preparation for service
• Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
• Keeping your work area clean, organised and service-ready
• Following correct food storage, stock rotation and waste procedures
• Working efficiently and calmly during busy service periods
• Communicating and working closely with the wider restaurant team
• Learning our systems, processes and kitchen procedures
• Bringing a positive attitude and being willing to jump in wherever needed

We’re looking for energetic and passionate Cooks to join the team at our brand-new restaurant opening soon in Richlands!

We’re not your typical QSR. We’re all about great burgers, hand-crafted sides, quality ingredients and food prepared fresh in-store every day. We take pride in what we serve, support local and Australian suppliers wherever possible, and believe you can produce awesome food while still having fun at work.

This is a hands-on kitchen role where you’ll work alongside a great team, learn our proven systems and recipes, and help us deliver consistently great food to every customer.
