Job summary

Hello Harry - The Burger Joint in Richlands is hiring casual FOH & BOH team members to join our brand-new restaurant opening soon. You'll be cross-trained across front and back of house, serving customers, preparing shakes, and helping with burgers in a fast-paced, fun environment. No experience? No problem.

We train you. A friendly attitude and reliability go a long way here. RSA may be required for some shifts.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• RSA Certificate may be required for some shifts.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, genuine and efficient customer service.

We’re looking for energetic and enthusiastic Casual FOH & BOH team membersto join our team at our brand-new restaurant opening soon in Richlands!.

We’re not your typical QSR. We’re all about great burgers, hand-crafted sides, shakes, quality ingredients and having a bit of fun while we do it. We take pride in making our food fresh in-store and supporting local and Australian suppliers wherever possible.

For us, great people are a huge part of what makes a great restaurant. We’re looking for team members who are upbeat, reliable, customer-focused and happy to jump in wherever needed.

You’ll be cross-trained across front and back of house, so one shift might see you serving customers and making shakes, while another could have you helping prep and create some seriously good burgers.

Experience is great, but attitude is even better. We have simple, proven training systems and will teach you what you need to know.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering friendly, genuine and efficient customer service
• Preparing and serving quality food and drinks
• Learning both front and back of house
• Assisting with food preparation and maintaining brand standards
• Following recipes and food quality procedures
• Keeping the restaurant clean, organised and looking its best
• Working calmly and efficiently during busy periods
• Communicating clearly with customers and fellow team members
• Bringing a positive attitude and being willing to learn
• Working across a rotating roster, including nights and weekends

What we’re looking for

• A friendly, outgoing personality
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Pride in presentation, cleanliness and organisation
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
• Hospitality or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
• RSA Certificate where required for the role/shift
• POS and cash-handling experience is an advantage
