Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking a part-time Cook to deliver high-quality meals to residents at our NSW site. You will support the Chef with food preparation, planning nutritious menus, and maintaining kitchen operations in a compliant, caring environment.

Ideal candidates have a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and at least 1 year in a commercial kitchen, with bulk cooking experience and texture-modified meals being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher.

Responsibilities

• Take direction from the Chef and work collaboratively within the kitchen team.
• Plan, prepare, and present delicious, well-balanced, and nutritious meals for residents.
• Assist with general food preparation, kitchen duties, and stock control.
• Purchase and order food supplies and kitchen equipment as required.
• Ensure all food is prepared, cooked, and served in compliance with relevant legislation and food safety standards.
