The United Protestant Association of NSW Limited (UPA) is seeking a part-time Cook to join Myoora in Henty, NSW. You will prepare meals that meet residents’ dietary needs and help create a welcoming dining experience.

Applicants should hold a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or Hospitality, plus a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate. Knowledge of HACCP standards and person-centred care is essential. Weekend availability is preferred.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a part-time Cook to join our team at Myoora in Henty. You will prepare meals that meet residents’ dietary needs and help create a welcoming dining experience.

About you

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or Hospitality, and a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Knowledge of Food Safety Standards and HACCP requirements
• Understanding of special dietary needs and person-centred care
• Strong time management, communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work weekend shifts
• Aged care experience and a current First Aid Certificate are desirable
