Qualifications

• Experience in a busy kitchen environment is required.
• Previous function catering experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation, presentation and service to members and guests.
• Catering for functions and events as needed.
• Stock checks, stock takes and wastage recording.
• Receive deliveries and ensure proper storage.
• Maintain clean and well-presented kitchen areas.
• Apply safe storage and FIFO food safety practices.
