Qualifications

• Experience in a busy kitchen preferred.
• Previous function catering experience is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork are essential.
• Willingness to lift and carry kitchen items daily.
• Positive attitude and ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Commitment to food safety and quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation, presentation and service to members and guests.
• Catering for functions and events.
• Stock management including stock takes and wastage recording.
• Accepting deliveries, checking stock and storage of products.
• Kitchen cleaning and presentation to maintain hygiene.
• Apply FIFO principles and food health and safety practices.
