Job summary

Trippas White Group is seeking a chef/cook for a Full-Time opportunity at Wyong hospital café in Hamlyn Terrace, Monday to Friday. Join an expanding team delivering high-quality food at the site.

Lead on-site operations, uphold OH&S and Food Safety, train staff, and develop nutritious menus while building strong relationships with hospital staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop menus that incorporate nutrition and healthy eating.
• Maintain clean, safe and hygienic work practices.
• Oversee on-site operations and lead the team.

• Delivering high-quality food for the site whilst followingfood safety standards, policies
• and procedures
• Efficient service delivery, which anticipates andaccommodates client needs
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with theteam and stakeholders
• Menu development that incorporates nutrition and healthyeating
• Maintaining clean, safe and hygienic work practices
• Overseeing the team on site
