Job summary

Estia Health in Australia is seeking a qualified Cook to join our aged care homes. You will work with the kitchen team to prepare healthy, nutritious meals that meet residents' dietary needs, while maintaining high service standards and a warm dining experience.

You'll hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, bring experience from a commercial kitchen, and showcase strong communication and documentation skills.

About the Role

As Cook you'll:

• Work alongside the Chef to assist with kitchen management
• Tailor meals to meet individual needs and preferences
• Ensure our residents are provided with healthy, nutritious and delicious meals
• Support the broader kitchen team to deliver a memorable dining experience

You'll be a real team player who has:

• A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Great communication and documentation skills
• Some experience within a commercial kitchen
• A healthily amount of experience with a broad range of cuisines, dietary requirements in response to social, spiritual & cultural needs of our residents
