Estia Health is seeking a Cook to join our kitchen team, delivering healthy, nutritious and delicious meals that residents love. You will work alongside the Chef to assist with kitchen management and tailor meals to meet individual needs.

This role runs Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday mornings; previous commercial kitchen experience and a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery are preferred. We value communication and documentation skills and a dedication to high standards in aged care

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and experience in a commercial kitchen (aged care experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to adapt meals to meet residents' dietary needs and cultural preferences.

As Cook you'll:

• Work alongside the Chef to assist with kitchen management
• Tailor meals to meet individual needs and preferences
• Ensure our residents are provided with healthy, nutritious and delicious meals
• Support the broader kitchen team to deliver a memorable dining experience
• Available Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday mornings

You’ll be a real team player who has:

• A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Great communication and documentation skills
• Some experience within a commercial kitchen (Aged care highly regarded)
• A healthily amount of experience with a broad range of cuisines, dietary requirements in response to social, spiritual & cultural needs of our residents
