Scenic World in the Blue Mountains is looking for Cook/Chef to join our kitchen team. We welcome full-time, part-time and casual applicants who are passionate about cooking and delivering memorable dining experiences in a world-class setting.

As a Cook/Chef you will prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, work in an open kitchen with a guest-focused approach, uphold high hygiene and HACCP standards, and contribute to a collaborative, supportive team that values great food and a stunning view.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience or a genuine passion for great food.
• Ability to stay organised & meet timeframes, even during busy periods.
• Solid understanding of kitchen hygiene & WHS principles.
• A team player with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
