Job summary

Wests Group Macarthur invites applications for a full‑time Chef Apprenticeship. You will learn under experienced chefs, assist with food preparation, and develop plating techniques while following established recipes in a busy kitchen at Wests Group Macarthur in the Macarthur region.

The role supports a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, with nights and weekends required. A strong work ethic and team spirit will help you thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality team.

Qualifications

• A strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and team spirit.
• Immaculate standard of personal presentation, hygiene and grooming.
• Capacity to complete a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
• Driver's Licence would be an advantage.
