BuildRight Construction AU is seeking a kitchen professional in New South Wales to support a busy breakfast and lunch operation with structured preparation and creative menus. You will join an experienced team where communication and teamwork are essential to daily service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen, cafe or similar hospitality environment.
• Practical understanding of food preparation and kitchen service.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and complete daily kitchen preparation according to established requirements.
• Review preparation priorities with the team leader before service.
• Manage your allocated kitchen section during breakfast and lunch service.
• Maintain consistent standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen team members during busy periods.
• Assist across sections when additional support is required.
• Maintain an organized and efficient workstation throughout service.
• Clean equipment and work areas progressively throughout the shift.
• Follow workplace food safety, hygiene and cleanliness procedures.
• Communicate clearly with team members and contribute to smooth service operations.
