Fiveight Venues Pty Ltd is seeking a talented Sous Chef to support our Head Chef and help lead a high-performing kitchen team across our Perth venues. You will play a key role in day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional food, maintaining standards and developing the team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef, Senior Chef de Partie or similar.
• Strong culinary skills and attention to detail.
• Experience leading and mentoring kitchen teams.
• Sound knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
• Hold a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willing to obtain).

Responsabilités

• Support daily kitchen operations and service delivery.
• Ensure food quality, consistency and presentation standards are met.
• Assist with stock control, ordering and kitchen administration.
• Coach and develop kitchen team members.
• Maintain food safety and WHS compliance.
• Support events, functions and seasonal menu delivery.
• Act as Head Chef when required.

About the Role

We're looking for a talented Sous Chef to support our Head Chef and help lead a high-performing kitchen team. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, supporting the delivery of exceptional food, maintaining high standards, and developing the team.
