Job summary

Fiveight Venues in Perth is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team at Copia, Cooee, and Indigo Oscar venues. You will prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits while delivering exceptional guest service in a premium casual dining setting.

The role requires a warm, engaging personality, ability to stay calm in busy service, and flexibility to support food and wine service during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Bartender in premium casual dining venues
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits; responsible service of alcohol
• A warm, engaging personality with a passion for guest experiences
• Ability to stay calm, organized and efficient in busy service environments
• Flexible availability and team-focused hospitality approach

• Ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests, with safety as the top priority across FOH operations
• Collaborate with the entire team to uphold excellence in FOH service standards
• Maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment, with focus on guest-facing presentation and hygiene
• Support the business in setting and achieving clear financial goals, contributing to operational success
• Understand and comply with liquor licensing regulations, reporting issues to the manager on duty

We are currently seeking an experienced Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team.

About the Role

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, while delivering exceptional customer service. You will also support food and wine service during peak periods, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for every guest. With a passion for hospitality, strong product knowledge, and a commitment to excellence, you will help create memorable experiences and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere throughout the venue.

What You’ll be Doing

• Maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment , with a strong focus on guest-facing presentation and hygiene.
• Support the business in setting and achieving clear financial goals , contributing to overall operational success.
• Understand and comply with liquor licensing regulations , and promptly report any potential issues during shifts to the manager on duty.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience as a Bartender in a premium casual dining venue, restaurant, bar, or fast-paced hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and responsible service of alcohol practices
• A warm, engaging personality with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• The ability to remain calm, organised, and efficient in busy service environments, with a keen eye for detail
• Flexible availability, and a positive, team-focused approach to hospitality
