Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in business administration or operations with extensive senior management experience.
• Certifications in Six Sigma or Agile, PMP, and related credentials.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and change at scale.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall company operations including strategic planning, project delivery, financial performance, production and supply chain management.
• Drive operations-focused productivity and accountability to meet targets.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align strategic outcomes and drive growth.
• Develop robust systems and processes to support growth, budgeting, and margins.
• Redesign organisational structures, processes, systems and reporting for improved output.
• Plan infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel to accommodate growth objectives.
• Apply commercial and risk management perspectives to operating models in a regulated environment.
• Empower employees and foster continuous improvement for long-term profitability.
• Channel resources effectively and provide clarity on execution of strategies.
• Support leadership development and contribution to the overall strategy.
