Job summary

Endless Belt, a market leader in conveyor belting services in NSW, seeks Conveyor Belt Splicers from entry level to experienced in Lithgow. Duties include installing, repairing and maintaining fabric and solid woven belts, solving belt issues on site or in the workshop, and performing maintenance while prioritising safety.

Weekend overtime is expected, with in-workshop or customer-site work. Entry-level applicants should show mechanical aptitude, safety focus, and a drive to learn; experienced

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and a strong safety focus.
• Experience in labouring, construction, trades or heavy industry is a bonus.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in a rare and necessary trade.
• Ability to work in a team and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain fabric and solid woven conveyor belts.
• Problem solve issues with conveyor belt operations on-site and in the workshop.
• Carry out scheduled and preventative maintenance.
• Work safely in a team environment, on workshop and customer sites.
• Weekend overtime may be required.
