Job summary

CPC Lawyers, a boutique firm in Malvern, is seeking an experienced conveyancing professional to lead our conveyancing team. You will manage residential and commercial files, oversee land divisions, and prepare Form 1s, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Registration is preferred, and we will support business development to grow your client base. We are open to discussing part-time or full-time hours, offering a collaborative environment and opportunities to advance your career.

Qualifications

• Experience managing conveyancing matters across residential and commercial files.
• Ability to lead and develop a conveyancing team.
• Knowledge of land divisions and Form 1 documentation.

Located at our office in Malvern, you will have the opportunity to take your career to the next level and manage a conveyancing team that handles residential conveyancing, commercial conveyancing, land divisions and preparing form 1's.

Registration is preferred, support will be given for the successful applicant for business development and to grow their clientele base. Salary will be in line with the level of experience and tasks undertaken.
