Costanzo Lawyers seeks an experienced Conveyancer to join the Doncaster East team on a full-time basis. You will manage conveyancing matters across residential, commercial, industrial and off-the-plan properties, working independently and with our conveyancing team.

You will prepare contracts, statements and settlements, manage PEXA workspaces, and coordinate settlements while keeping clients informed. The role emphasizes accuracy, client service, and collaboration within a friendly firm.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare Contracts of Sale and Section 32 Statements.
• Prepare and review Statements of Adjustments.
• Manage PEXA workspaces and settlement documents.
• Complete duties online via SRO Duties Online.
• Coordinate settlements and keep clients informed.
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other legal representatives.

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our Doncaster East team on a full-time basis. This is an opportunity to take ownership of your work within a supportive firm that values collaboration, professional development and excellent client service.

About the role

You will handle conveyancing matters across residential, commercial, industrial and off-the-plan properties, working independently and alongside our lawyers and conveyancing team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing Contracts of Sale and Section 32 Statements.
• Preparing and reviewing Statements of Adjustments.
• Preparing and managing PEXA workspaces, including settlement documents and financial settlement schedules.
• Completing duties transactions through SRO Duties Online.
• Coordinating settlements and keeping clients informed throughout their matters.
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other legal representatives.

About you

You will ideally bring:

• At least three years’ conveyancing experience.
• Experience using PEXA and SRO Duties Online.
• Experience with LEAP, preferably.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with close attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and a personable approach to client service.
• The ability to manage competing deadlines and work independently, while contributing to a collaborative team.
