Job summary

CPC Lawyers is seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Manager to lead our conveyancing team at the Malvern office, overseeing residential and commercial conveyancing, land divisions, and Form 1 preparations.

Registration is preferred; support will be provided for business development and growing the client base. We are open to discussing part-time or full-time hours for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Registration preferred, support for business development and client growth will be provided.
• Conveyancing experience and leadership capability are essential.
• Ability to manage a small legal team and coordinate tasks across files.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the conveyancing team handling residential and commercial matters.
• Oversee land divisions and prepare Form 1s.
• Ensure compliance and timely progression of matters for clients.

CPC Lawyers is a boutique law firm offering specialist legal services across multiple areas of law, including a dedicated Conveyancing sector. Located at our office in Malvern, you will have the opportunity to take your career to the next level and manage a conveyancing team that handles residential conveyancing, commercial conveyancing, land divisions and preparing form 1's.

Registration is preferred, support will be given for the successful applicant for business development and to grow their clientele base. Salary will be in line with the level of experience and tasks undertaken.
