Job summary

University of Wollongong (UOW) is seeking a Conversion Specialist (Projects & Initiatives) to drive student recruitment outcomes across digital, print and outbound channels. You will guide the student journey with accurate, timely information and align activities with the Student Growth and Engagement division.

You will design targeted campaigns, manage recruitment collateral, and foster strong stakeholder collaboration while supporting technology enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms, marketing automation tools and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of projects that enhance the future student journey across digital, print and communication channels.
• Design and coordinate targeted conversion campaigns, including email, SMS and outbound engagement initiatives.
• Manage the end-to-end production of recruitment collateral including course guides, brochures and flyers.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the University to gather requirements, coordinate content and deliver successful outcomes.
• Support technology enhancements and project delivery by translating operational needs into actionable solutions.
