Job summary

University of Wollongong (UOW) seeks a Conversion Specialist (Projects & Initiatives) to drive student recruitment through digital, print and outbound touchpoints. You will manage campaigns, collateral production and stakeholder collaboration to support critical enrolment milestones.

Based at Wollongong Campus, you will work across the Engagement and Conversion team, delivering timely information and confident decision support for prospective students throughout their journey.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating campaigns, publications or projects across multiple channels.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills to influence and collaborate.
• Experience using CRM platforms, marketing automation tools and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of projects that enhance the future student journey across digital, print and channels.
• Design and coordinate targeted conversion campaigns (email, SMS, outbound).
• Manage end-to-end production of recruitment collateral (course guides, brochures, flyers).
• Build relationships with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver outcomes.
• Support technology enhancements by translating needs into actionable solutions.
