Job summary

Millennium Services Group Limited is seeking a part-time Control Room Operator to coordinate and monitor site operations across cleaning and security services. You will manage communications, respond to incidents, and ensure smooth service delivery at designated sites in retail, commercial and public sectors.

The role requires experience in a control room or operations coordination, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CCTV, radio and dispatch systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a control room or operations coordination preferred.

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond quickly to incidents.
• Basic computer literacy and report writing skills.
• Availability for night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Security license or relevant certifications may be required depending on site.

Position Overview
