Synergie Australia, acting for a trusted client in Arndell Park, NSW, is seeking a Contracts Administrator on a fixed-term contract.

The role involves providing commercial and contract administration support to a busy transport infrastructure team, with responsibilities spanning PO/WOs, invoicing, variations, forecasting, and supplier management.

Formación

• At least 3 years' experience in Contract Administration.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, transport, utilities or project-based environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Experience processing purchase orders, claims, payments and variations.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency preferred but not essential

Responsabilidades

• Prepare Purchase Orders and Work Orders.
• Process claims, invoices and payments.
• Manage contract variations and variation registers.
• Assist with monthly cost forecasting and commercial reporting.
• Support subcontractor and supplier management activities.
• Maintain contractual documentation and records.
• Assist with procurement and subcontractor onboarding processes.
• Support project teams with commercial administration and cost control activities.

Synergie Australia is seeking a Contracts Administrator for a trusted client located in Arndell Park, NSW .

The important parts:

• Pay: $67.07 per hour + Super | Duration: Initial contract until 19 February 2027 (potential extension)
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8-10 hours per day, commencing between 8:00am and 8:30am

What you will be required to do:

You'll provide commercial and contract administration support to a busy Transport Infrastructure Solutions team, working closely with project, commercial and operational stakeholders to ensure accurate cost control, contract management and reporting.

• Preparing Purchase Orders and Work Orders
• Processing claims, invoices and payments
• Managing contract variations and maintaining variation registers
• Assisting with monthly cost forecasting and commercial reporting
• Supporting subcontractor and supplier management activities
• Maintaining accurate contractual documentation and records
• Assisting with procurement and subcontractor onboarding processes
• Supporting project teams with commercial administration and cost control activities

To be successful in the role you will:

• Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Contract Administration
• Have experience within construction, infrastructure, transport, utilities or project-based environments
• Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Have experience processing purchase orders, claims, payments and variations
• Be a motivated self-starter with strong stakeholder management skills
• Hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
• Relevant qualifications in Construction, Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying or similar are preferred but not essential
