Job summary

Warrikal Pty is seeking a Finance Team oriented administrator in West Perth to support the Financial Controller and broader finance function. You’ll handle accounts receivable, job costing, estimating, invoicing, reconciliation, and project accounting within a fast‑paced mining services environment.

The role is ideal for a Project or Site Administrator with invoicing, time capture and billing exposure in mining or shutdown settings, offering variety and the chance to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in finance or project/site administration.
• Strong Excel skills (intermediate–advanced).
• Experience with invoicing, reconciliations, and job costing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit job estimates for client works.
• Review timesheets and assist reconciliations.
• Prepare timesheet exports and client invoicing.
• Set up and administer jobs in the system.
• Support Accounts Receivable, including follow-ups on outstanding PO, timesheets, and overdue payments.
• Produce job profitability reports comparing actuals to budget.
