Unknown Aboriginal-owned civil/mining contractor in Perth seeks a Contracts Administrator to support the commercial team. You will handle prequalification, client portals, documentation, and liaison with operations and finance to keep contracts on track.

This permanent, full-time role offers exposure to the full commercial cycle on live civil and mining projects, with mentorship from an experienced commercial leader and room to grow within the business.

Formación

• 1 to 3 years in commercial administration in civil construction/mining.
• Understanding of contracts, notices, variations, extensions of time and claims.
• Clear, accurate business writing for letters and notices.
• Ability to extract deadlines from contract requirements.
• Strong numeracy and disciplined document control.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate client prequalification, business registration and vendor submissions.
• Compile capability, financial, insurance, HSEQ, workforce and governance information.
• Manage client portals and track renewals and outstanding requirements.
• Maintain contract records, commercial correspondence, registers and approved agreements.
• Review contract documentation for key dates, notices, and obligations.
• Help draft client letters, notices and responses for review and approval.
• Support variations, extensions of time, progress claims and submissions.
• Compile evidence: instructions, correspondence, records, quantities, timesheets, costs.
