Macro Mining Services in West Perth is seeking a Contract Administrator to join the Projects and Engineering team. You will support commercial management, contracts, variations, claims and procurement across mining, civil and environmental projects in Western Australia.

You will coordinate documentation, engage with project teams, subcontractors and clients, and help protect the company’s contractual interests while maintaining strong commercial controls.

Qualifikationen

• Qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Engineering or Commerce.
• Experience in Contract Administrator, Project Administrator or similar commercial role.
• Exposure to mining, civil construction, infrastructure or resources projects.
• Strong understanding of contracts, procurement and subcontract management processes.
• Experience managing variations, progress claims and commercial documentation.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Full Australian working rights and a current driver's licence.

Aufgaben

• Administer project contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Maintain variation, procurement, commitment and contract registers.
• Prepare and manage commercial correspondence and contractual notices.
• Assist with variations, claims and extensions of time.
• Support monthly progress claims and commercial reporting requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractor onboarding, compliance and payment processes.
• Assist with procurement activities including RFQs and supplier evaluations.
• Monitor project commitments, invoices and accruals.
• Maintain accurate project records and commercial documentation.
• Support project governance, document control and audit requirements.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers and project stakeholders.
