Buildco Recruitment is seeking a Contracts Administrator in Western Sydney to support commercial, hospitality and government construction projects ranging up to $10 million on average, with the initial project valued around $5 million. The role offers a $100k–$150k package and immediate permanent employment in a long-standing, well‑established firm.

• A Construction Management Degree or similar is required.
• Minimum 3 years' project coordination or contracts administration experience with a Principal Commercial Contractor in Sydney.
• Experience with procurement, letting contracts, claims, variations, final accounts and sub-contractor payments.
• Procore experience is essential.
• A steady career history and proven CA background is expected.

A Contracts Administrator is sought by an established Tier 3 Builder in Western Sydney, to work on commercial, hospitality and government construction projects in the $1 - 15 million range.

You will have

• A Construction Management Degree or similar

• A steady career history and proven CA background required
