Job summary

WOW Recruitment is partnering with an Australian-owned operations business seeking a Contracts Administrator. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be at the front end of the contract lifecycle with exposure to commercial contracts, tenders, and risk assessment.

This office-based role offers coaching and development across contract interpretation, tenders, and commercial risk, plus autonomy to own your workflow. Competitive salary + super based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in paralegal work, legal support, or commercial contracts.
• Confident interpreting legal language and contract terms.
• Commercially aware with sound judgement when assessing risk.
• Comfortable liaising with legal and non-legal stakeholders.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review hire and supply agreements prior to signing.
• Ensure legal compliance across contracts and tender submissions.
• Support tender submissions, including government and Tier 1 tenders.
• Review pricing documentation and contractual terms.
• Identify contractual and commercial risks and escalate as needed.
• Work closely with Sales Leadership, Account Managers, and the Managing Director.
• Draft contract correspondence and maintain accurate records.
• Track contract renewals and key dates.
• Ensure hire agreements comply with licensing, ticketing, and site induction requirements.
