Job summary

ACCIONA in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join the Commercial & Finance team on the M80 Ring Road Upgrade Alliance. You will manage subcontract documentation, variations, progress claims, and ensure contractual obligations are met across the project.

Reporting to the Contracts, Procurement & Legal Manager, you will collaborate with construction and commercial teams to mitigate risk, support procurement, and drive project outcomes safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration on major civil/infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of subcontract management, variations and progress claims.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and administer subcontract documentation per project requirements.
• Manage subcontract variations, progress claims, and extension of time assessments.
• Support subcontract procurement activities, including contract awards.
• Maintain proactive relationships with subcontractors and project team.
• Contribute to project safety and demobilisation activities.

Education

Engineering / Commerce / Construction Management degree or equivalent
