CGC Recruitment are partnering with a builder delivering Architectural Designed Homes across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, Lower North Shore and Inner West. They seek a Contracts Administrator with 3+ years’ experience on high-end residential or large commercial projects and proficiency in Procore.

The role offers a clear path to Senior Contracts Administrator or Project Manager, a collaborative culture, and exposure to high-profile clients, with a salary range of AU$100,000–AU$140,000 plus super.

Qualifications

• Proven Contracts Administrator experience in high-end residential or large commercial projects.
• Hands-on experience with Procore or a similar construction-management platform.
• Strong written communication with attention to detail.
• Confident handling of high-profile clients and expectations.
• Organised and proactive with competing deadlines across projects.
• Degree or diploma in construction, building, law or related field advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Administer contracts from tender award through to practical completion and defects.
• Prepare, issue and track variations, extensions of time, notices and formal correspondence.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier agreements, including engagement, insurances and compliance.
• Process progress claims, payment schedules and cost reporting with project teams.
• Maintain accurate project records, registers and documentation in Procore.
• Support project managers and site teams with contractual advice and risk identification.
• Liaise with clients, architects, consultants and certifiers with clear, documented communications.
• Help refine contract administration processes as the business scales.
