CPB Contractors Pty is seeking a Contract Administrator to join the project commercial team on a major healthcare infrastructure project in Western Sydney. You will report to the Project Director and manage cost forecasting, subcontractor claims, and contract administration to support timely delivery.

Experience with large building or infrastructure projects is essential; familiarity with JDE/PayApps is a plus.

Qualifications

• Well-developed experience within contract administration.
• Employment history that includes major building or infrastructure construction projects.
• Administering multiple finishes and preliminaries trade packages, including progress claims, variations and final accounts.
• Preparing and maintaining project forecasts, cost reports and month-end reporting to support project performance and financial outcomes.
• Experience using JDE and PayApps is highly desirable; experience with equivalent commercial systems such as Minerva will also be considered.

Responsabilités

• Cost forecasting and estimating.
• Management of subcontractor claims for progress and variations, through to final account.
• Ensuring contracts and conditions are suitable to project interests and contract conditions.
• Assisting with head contract payment applications, contract administration and commercial risk management.
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and contributing to the successful delivery of a complex healthcare infrastructure project.
