CPB Contractors is seeking a Contract Administrator to join the project commercial team on a major healthcare infrastructure project in Sydney. Reporting to the Project Director, you will oversee cost forecasting, subcontractor claims, and contract administration to support on-time delivery.

You'll build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure contracts and variations are well managed, with experience in large-scale building or infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration on major building or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage progress claims, variations and final accounts.

Responsabilités

• Cost forecasting and estimating for projects.
• Managing subcontractor claims from progress through to final account.
• Ensuring contracts align with project interests and conditions.
• Assisting with head contract payments and commercial risk management.
