JPS Executive Search & Selection in Brisbane seeks an experienced Contracts Administrator to oversee procurement, variations and commercial reporting on services-heavy refurbishments across hospitals, education and government facilities. The role involves close collaboration with the Project Manager and site team, ensuring cost control and timely delivery in a 50/50 site/office setup.

Candidates should have CA experience with a commercial head contractor, and a proven track record in

Competenze

• CA experience with a commercial head contractor.
• Services-heavy refurbishments or upgrade experience highly regarded.

Mansioni

• Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts and trade packages
• Administer variations, progress claims and subcontractor payments
• Track project costs, budgets and commercial performance
• Coordinate with the PM, site team and subcontractors
• Manage contract documentation and commercial reporting
• Support the successful delivery of complex refurbishment projects
