Job summary

Cook Recruitment Services are partnering with a well-established Queensland commercial builder to recruit a Contracts Administrator in inner city Brisbane. You will work closely with Project Managers and the delivery team, administering head contracts, subcontract agreements and project documentation on $5–$20m projects.

You'll join a supportive family-owned business with mentoring, career progression and a strong pipeline of private and government works across South East Queensland.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Contracts Administrator within the commercial construction industry
• Procore preferred
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts and subcontract administration
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• High attention to detail
• A collaborative approach and willingness to work as part of a close-knit team
• Relevant construction or quantity surveying qualifications (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Administration of head contracts
• Preparation and administration of subcontract agreements
• Management of project documentation
• Assessment and administration of contract variations
• Cost tracking and commercial reporting
• Supporting Project Managers throughout project delivery
• Liaising with subcontractors, consultants and clients
• Ensuring contractual compliance across multiple projects
