Job summary

Your Resourcing is seeking Contracts Administrators at junior to senior levels to join our established project teams across Brisbane. This full-time role supports diverse projects in construction including commercial, government and education facilities, housing, industrials, and mixed-use developments.

You will work in a collaborative delivery team with mentoring for juniors and opportunities for seniors to drive commercial outcomes and manage contracts through award to completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in Contracts Administration within the construction industry.
• Experience using Procore or similar construction management systems.
• Sound understanding of contract law and construction regulations.
• Strong communication with subcontractors, consultants and clients.
• Mentorship potential for junior staff and collaboration with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with or managing Head Contracts.
• Procurement and subcontractor engagement.
• Cost tracking, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Managing progress claims, variations, EOTs, NODs and RFIs.
• Preparing and reviewing scopes of work.
• Supporting or leading contract administration from project award through to completion.
• Working closely with Project Managers, Site Teams and external stakeholders.
