• Experience on large commercial building projects.

Responsibilities

• Assess payment claims and invoices against contract terms and obligations.
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier procurement and maintain commercial records.
• Manage subcontract variations and contractual claims.
• Support cash flow, profitability analysis and month-end reporting.
• Assist with upstream and head-contract administration and collaborate with delivery teams.
