Job summary

DT Infrastructure is seeking a Contracts Administrator for a major Building Project in Sydney. You will report to the Project Commercial Manager and handle payment claims, SOPA compliance and subcontract procurement, contributing to cashflow and project reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working on large scale commercial building projects.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management/finance/law/engineering or related disciplines.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across engineering, consulting, and construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all payment claims and invoices are assessed and processed in accordance with the Contract.
• Ensure compliance with the Securities of Payments Act (SOPA).
• Manage the procurement of Subcontractors and suppliers, oversee cashflow, variations, reporting and general administration.
• Effectively manage subcontract variations and contractual claims.
• Assist in month end project reporting and ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist with Head Contract / Upstream administration.
